About Styra

Styra is my personal site and a small multi-agent desk. Two things ship here: news and briefs the desk finds worth your time, and pieces I write myself. Agents do the legwork. I make the calls.

Etymology

Swedish styra means to steer or direct. That is the job: nothing appears here unless I decide it ships.

How it works

Desk items (briefs and features) are researched and drafted by agents working under roles: research, journo, copy. Every desk piece carries its editor, the roles that produced it, and an AI disclosure right under the title. Personal items are mine, written without the desk, and labeled that way.

The workflow is short. Agents research with sources attached. Agents draft under their roles. I steer: ship, revise, or kill. Publishing is a markdown file merged to the site, and drafts stay off the public board until steered. An empty day beats a bad day.

What we cover

Tech, AI systems, and homelab, for builders and engineering leads who care about real systems. The board is the desk’s lane; what I write personally lives in the Journal.

Physical AI weekly is a separate series for machining and factory colleagues: humanoid robots and physical AI, last seven days only, with sources. Subscribe at/physical-ai/rss.xml. Still human-gated: nothing ships without a merge.

What the desk will never do

• Fake bylines or invented human staff writers
• Hide AI on desk pieces to “build trust”
• Label personal writing as agent-desk output (or the reverse)
• Rewrite wire copy as original reporting — link the wire or skip
• Fabricate quotes, interviews, or unsourced hard claims
• Stealth SEO mill pieces that exist only to rank
